Ahmed Ali Raiz was born in 1978 to Malik Raiz Hussain in Rawalpindi. Right from his childhood, he was mostly focused towards the real estate business and used to accompany his father in their housing projects. When he used to cherish all those high rise buildings and skyscrapers, he thought of bringing that some day to his own country. Ahmed ali Raiz finished his schooling form the famous Beacon house school in 1999 joined his father in their real estate business right after that. Ahmed Ali Raiz’s father Malik Raiz Hussain is the richest person in the country whilst being the founder and Chairman of the Bahria town.
If we sneak into his journey with the Bahria town, he started it all from the bottom, even whilst being son to its owner and chairman, Malik Raiz Hussain .He started his career at the company as the procurement manager and gave his contributions in the sales and marketing department. Eventually with all the efforts down the line, he became the manager of the bahria town in 2005. This came as the right kick start to his career and he always gave his 100% towards each of the projects managed by Bahria town. It was just a matter of time when he got rewarded for his efforts in the company and appointed as the CEO of the Bahria Town (Pvt) Ltd in 2007. His big vision and hardcore talent then made Bahria town to become a USD$ 1 billion company.

Ahmed Ali Raiz came from a well brought up family and his father Malik Raiz Hussain was already been the most famous real estate developer and business tycoon in the country. From within his childhood, he was curious to join his father’s business and this is what he did right after finishing his higher education. Once he became the CEO of the bahria town, Ahmed Ali Malik then went on to marry Mubashra Ali Malik in the year 2003 in a grand wedding ceremony which was been attended by some of the known personalities in the country. Mubashra ali Malik, who was born in 1983, belonged to the family who owned the biggest sugar refineries in the country.
Although she was a privileged lady with all the luxuries around her name, she joined Ahmed Ali Raiz into all of the Philanthropic activities run by Bahria town. While Malik Raiz huissain and Ahmed Ali Raiz were busy with their professional commitments, she headed the running of the famous Dastarkhwans Bahria town which serves free meals to more than 150,000 underprivileged person around the country.

Ahmed Ali Raiz is the name behind most of the big developmental projects under the flagship of Bahria town currently. He managed a number of projects whilst being the CEO of the Bahria town but still the biggest one under his name is the drafting of the famous agreement ensuring the construction of “Pakistan’s first ever Island city”. This was the dream project by Ahmed Ali Raiz and he got it signed along with US real estate tycoon Thomas Kramer in the year 2013. This came asa landmark moment in the history of Pakistan whilst kickstarting the developmental process of Bundle and Bodha islands at the Karachi city.
